Waiver & Terms of Attendance
By registering for Oil Lamp Theater’s 2025 Gala: MasqueRave on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Renaissance Chicago Glenview Suites, you agree to the following terms, which apply to all attendees, whether they purchase their own ticket or are attending as a guest of another ticket holder:

Age Requirement: This is a 21+ event.

Assumption of Risk: Attendance and participation, including dancing, photo opportunities, and any other activities, are at your own risk.

Liability Release: Oil Lamp Theater NFP, its staff, volunteers, and venue are not responsible for injury, illness (including COVID-19), lost or damaged personal items, or any claims arising from participation.

Media Release: You grant permission for photos/videos taken at the event to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Behavior: Guests are expected to drink responsibly, respect others, and follow event and venue rules.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oil Lamp Theater NFP from any claims related to your attendance.
By completing registration or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
